Standard Intake

A thorough psychiatric evaluation to understand your history, current concerns, and goals. We build the foundation of your care together.
Complex/Overlapping Intake
75 minutes
$400
For individuals with multiple diagnoses, medications, or complex history requiring extended evaluation and a more detailed collaborative treatment plan.
Medication Management Follow - Up
20 - 30 minutes
$175
Regular follow-up visits to review medications, monitor progress, adjust treatment, and address any new concerns.
$200
A longer follow-up for when more time is needed — navigating complex changes, medication adjustments, or deeper clinical conversations.
Extended Follow-Up
45 minutes
Accepted payment: All major credit cards, debit, HSA, and FSA. A card on file is required at scheduling to confirm your appointment.
Patient safety doesn't stop at the appointment — it extends to every payment, every transaction, and every piece of information shared with this practice. Your card information is fully protected. Payments are processed through a HIPAA-compliant, PCI-DSS-compliant payment system. Full card numbers are never visible to the practice or stored on the website.
No surcharge on debit, HSA, or FSA — owner covers the processing fee. A surcharge will apply to major credit card transactions only.
Insurance: This practice is currently cash-pay. Credentialing with major insurance plans is in progress — clients and prospective clients will be updated as each plan goes live.
Out-of-network insurance: Superbills are available upon request for patients with insurance plans that accept out-of-network mental health benefits (PPO, HDHP/HSA, or OON). We recommend contacting your insurance company to verify your out-of-network mental health benefits prior to your first appointment.
