How do I become a new patient?

Request an appointment through the patient portal. Complete your intake questionnaire, sign the practice policy, and add a card on file. Your appointment is confirmed once all paperwork is submitted.
Do you accept insurance?

What is your cancellation policy?
You Belong IMW is currently a cash-pay practice. Most major insurances are pending credentialing and will be accepted in the future. Superbills are available on request for potential out-of-network reimbursement in the meantime.

What are your fees?

Standard Intake $275 · Complex Intake $375 · Medication Management $150 · Extended Follow-Up $200. All fees are flat-rate, due at time of service.
What if I'm in crisis?
48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellation and no-show fees apply: $175 for intake appointments and $75 for medication management visits. Each patient receives one courtesy waiver. Fees are charged to the card on file.
Do you provide therapy?

You Belong IMW focuses primarily on psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Supportive and interpersonal therapy may be incorporated into your care as needed, but ongoing psychotherapy is not the main focus of this practice. I would be happy to provide referrals to a therapist as part of your overall treatment plan.
