Payment Portal
The secure payment portal is available for self-pay and out-of-network clients. Payment is due at the time of service.

Accepted Payment
All major credit cards, debit, HSA, and FSA accepted.

Card on File
A card on file is required for all clients prior to scheduling. Your card will not be charged simply for being on file. Charges are only applied in the event of a late cancellation or a no-show in accordance with our cancellation/late policy.

Processing Fees
No surcharge on debit, HSA, or FSA — the owner covers the processing fee. A surcharge applies to major credit card transactions only.

Out-of-Network
Superbills are available upon request for patients with out-of-network mental health benefits (PPO, HDHP/HSA, or OON plans). We recommend verifying your out-of-network benefits with your insurance provider prior to your first appointment.

Patient safety doesn't stop at the appointment — it extends to every payment, every transaction, and every piece of information shared with this practice. Your card information is fully protected. Payments are processed through a HIPAA-compliant, PCI-DSS certified payment system. Full card numbers are never visible to the practice or stored on the website.
