Self-Pay Information

Don't see your insurance listed? For out-of-network clients, I'm happy to provide a superbill upon request.

What is a superbill?

An itemized receipt containing my information as your provider, which you can submit to your insurance company for possible partial reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits. I recommend confirming your reimbursement eligibility with your insurance carrier before scheduling.

Accepted Payment Methods

I accept all major credit cards, debit cards, HSA, and FSA cards. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments only — no surcharge on debit, HSA, or FSA payments. Payment is due at time of visit.

In-Network Plans (Pennsylvania)

  • Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Aetna

  • United Healthcare (Pending/Coming soon!)

Patient safety doesn't stop at the appointment — it extends to every payment, every transaction, and every piece of information shared with this practice. Your card information is fully protected. Payments are processed through a HIPAA-compliant, PCI-DSS-compliant payment system. Full card numbers are never visible to the practice or stored on the website.

Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card is required to schedule your appointment. This holds your reserved time and is only charged for late cancellations or no-shows — appointments changed or cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are subject to a $175 fee for new client intakes and $100 for medication management/follow up visits. Your first missed or late-cancelled appointment receives one courtesy waiver.
